The mMP can function as a stand-alone platform through its own interface or be integrated with your system (CRM, ERP, e-shop, etc.) via API. In any case, you can contact us so we can guide you accordingly.
Creating and maintaining an mMP account is free. Using your email, you can quickly and easily set up your account at no cost and with no restrictions on account maintenance any time.
Outbound SMS refers to the mMP service for sending messages to mobile phones in Greece and abroad. Please note that if you want to send messages outside of Greece, you will need to inform us so we can activate the Gateway for the country or countries where you want to send SMS messages.
Viber Messaging refers to the sending and receiving of Viber messages with no extra installation or received message costs. The mMP platform supports attachments in messages, including text, images, buttons, and URLs. With 91% of Greeks using the Viber app (that’s 9/10 people), Viber is the ultimate and most economical communication tool for operational and marketing purposes.
A promotional message is one sent to the recipient for advertising purposes. For example, "We have opened a new store and are waiting for you" or "Sales have begun. Take advantage of the best prices on the market." Promotional messages support text (up to 1000 characters), attachments of URLs, images, and buttons.
Inbound Messaging refers to the ability to receive incoming SMS and Viber messages from end-users on mobile phones.
