To transfer a Greek number to our network, please ensure that the number is currently active. Additionally, if the number belongs to a VoIP provider, ensure that you have completed the identification process linking the number to your personal or company information.

For porting an international number to our network, specific requirements may apply, depending on the number’s country of origin. Our customer care department will provide you with comprehensive details regarding these requirements.

Our service works on a prepaid basis and offers specific rates for outbound calls to each destination. We do not provide airtime bundles.

Of course, the fact that there is no expiration for your credits and that you do not have the penalty of a high recurring fee for services you may never actually use provides surplus value to our premium rates and a service cost tailored precisely to your needs.

Each modulus number is offered with 3 endpoints, corresponding to 3 IP Phones/softphones of your choosing. Using our DISA service, you can initiate a call through a predefined third-party number but go through with it through our network. Our voicemail2email function activates when you fail to answer your calls and can be configured with a custom or our default message. In addition to that, we can send you email notifications for your missed calls. It goes without saying that caller ID and call forwarding are available on our services.

vPBX is a supplementary service, providing you with all the functions a traditional PBX (call center) offers, such as time conditions, IVRs, announcements, and queues, but without the requirement of additional equipment! All your modulus numbers can be integrated into our cloud PBX service. You can find more information in our vPBX section.

The required bandwidth for each simultaneous call varies depending on the codec used between 50-100Kbpbs (both download & upload). If your internet broadband connection is used for other purposes, please do mind that factor. Moreover, if your equipment supports Quality of Service Settings (increased priority for voice data), we strongly suggest that you activate them. Last but not least, always take into consideration our security guidelines.

Using our admin panel (my.modulus.gr), you have access to the following:

• Full access to your call data and the filtration of results using queries.
• Real-time results of your available credits and the ability to top up via PayPal or debit/credit cards.
• A full display of your active numbers, accompanying services, and bills dating a year back.
• Further functions such as voicemail, missed call notifications, and call forwarding.
